North Country Animal League (NCAL) is located at 16 Mountain View Meadow Road, Morrisville, VT 05661. Our mission is to promote compassionate and responsible relationships between humans and animals.

We do this through:
 

North Country Animal LeagueNCAL is a limited-access facility which means we do not euthanize to make room for incoming animals. When our shelter is full, we maintain a waiting list. All animals adopted from North Country Animal League are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas, and microchipped.
