Percy was found as a local stray in Hyde Park and brought to NCAL. Percy is a little shy at first, but with time he is settling in and building trust with his caregivers. He enjoys playing with catnip toys and exploring the cat turn out room. He also loves head scratches. Percy is a sweet guy who would benefit from a family who will patiently let him take his time adjusting to his new home. This will help Percy to come out of his shell and show his full potential.
