We are unable to perform routine spay/neuter surgeries on animals with underlying conditions and we reserve the right to refuse surgery if an animal has severe health issues that make surgery unsafe or requires additional medications or monitoring.

If your pet is found to have live fleas, a single dose of Capstar will be administered at time of intake. (at no additional charge)*

Capstar kills adult fleas only for 24 hours. Follow up monthly flea treatments will be needed for all animals in the home to resolve the problem.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT

Deposit and Payment Policy: A $50 deposit is due at time of booking, and the remaining balance is due on the morning of surgery. Credit card or cash is accepted.

I am the owner / person to authorize veterinary treatment / surgery / sterilization for my pet. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless NCAL, their directors, employees, volunteers and assigns for any injury or illness to my pet while on the premises or any injury or illness that may occur after my visit as a result of the treatment / surgery received. I understand the risks inherent in treatment / surgery /anesthesia and sterilization and I accept those risks.

We are happy to offer discounted spay and neuter services to the Lamoille County community. NCAL is able to offer these services thanks to our generous donors, grants and a streamlined surgical process. As such, we are unable to perform routine spay/neuter surgeries on animals with underlying conditions and we reserve the right to refuse surgery if an animal has severe health issues that make surgery unsafe or requires additional medications or monitoring. If an animal's behavior makes handling by staff dangerous we will not be able to perform any services on the animal.
